Been on a binge as I just found this podcast. John is a trip. Keep up the good work.

I really enjoy this podcast. I love Kay’s story telling and John’s reactions and him trying to guess what’s going to happen. They have a fantastic dynamic! However, I really wish they’d have someone preview the episodes before the share them to catch the repeated lines. Admittedly, they do improve, but man.. it’s 😬

I listened to my first episode of this podcast a couple of months ago and I have been nonstop binging all the other episodes since. It is so interesting and addicting. Kay does such a great job researching and presenting new cases and John adds just the right amount of reaction and emotion. I love that he often figures it out and the banter between this cute couple is the best! I hope they never stop releasing episodes!

I tried getting through the most recent episodes, but the pauses by the narrator are pretty brutal. I had to put it in 1.3 speed, but even then, there were multiple seconds between sentences. Unfortunately, I can’t focus and won’t be able to listen to this going forward.

This literally is my favorite podcast ever not just true crime. They have the ability to make me laugh and sob all in one episode. Kay is so good at story telling and John is amazing at giving it that human touch and says what we’re all thinking. When people ask what podcast they should listen to I always suggest True Crime Couple. The only thing I wish was different is when they release their episodes. I wish it was weekly instead of bi-weekly!

Haters will hate! If they feel this series has been drawn out that is their problem! You guys are fantastic! Kay does a phenomenal job! True Crime Couple has rapidly become my favorite True Crime Podcast- and I listen to dozens of them! They should be at the top of your follow list! They also have a ton of bonus episodes on their Patreon!

I really enjoy the stories and Kay, but John…. I can’t with him sometimes. He is the reason the stories drag out so long, all the questions that we are about to get the answers to!! The “what ifs” that are literally insane, he could just sit and sound surprised instead of taking us on a 2 minute tangent of nonsense.

I love the combination of John and Kay. Kay has a fantastic story-telling capability and John is great at asking the questions that their audience is asking. Great couple, awesome storytelling, and fantastic repertoire! (And… voices pleasant to listen to) highly recommend!

Loewenstein was never Secretary of State for Obama! This is an egregious error and should be corrected. Makes me question all of the research and opinions that these people state as fact!

I started a new position with my company back in August of 25 the requires me to travel out of town once a week. I got lucky and stumbled onto the podcast and I binged from episode 1 till sadly the last episode. Now that I’m caught up I’ll have to wait for the new ones. The dynamic of these two is amazing. Definitely will be a listener till the end.

As I was listening, flashbacks from the being in the fourth grade chat rooms came rushing back to my brain. The whole episode, I thought, this could be me. I remembered the first time I learned someone from the internet wasn’t who they said they were. I was flabbergasted. Maybe it was the first time I was ever really deceived. Kay, I’m so sorry to learn what you have been through, and I think you articulated the trauma and why you do this so well. Lots of love to you as you continue healing.

I’ve listened to this podcast for years, and while the production isn’t flawless and their delivery occasionally awkward, their sincerity and care never seem to waiver—and that stands out in a genre that’s so often shaped by performance.

This podcast makes my workouts fly by. I get engrossed in the case and feel like she’s talking directly to me. Before I know it, my exercise ring is closed and the case is over! Keep up the great work!

I was 13 in 1982 long before AOL and the internet and these predators have always been among us. Technology is just another tool used to exploit children and nothing will change until we as a society society change how we value each other. The U.S. need only look at its own history with the Catholic Church, Federal Indian Boarding Schools, Chattle Slavery, The Boy Scouts of America and Jeffrey Epstein sexual abuse of children to name just a few to show us just how deep this pit is because it’s still happening today. I applaud your courage and wish all of the very best of everything for you and your family.

The stories are always very well told. There are details that are added that sometimes I have never heard before. The couple has a great connection while discussing the stories. It is a really great podcast you should listen to.

Absolutely love the podcast - content, delivery, sensitivity to the victims and victim’s families, and relationship of the 2 hosts! The female lead has the most beautiful and peaceful voice.

I’m new here, and absolutely love the podcast! I really love a good binge and have been able to with the high volume of episodes. True crime couple is adorable and they give each other a good balance in personality. My favorite part is how much empathy they both have for each victim and their family. Also, Jon detectiv-ing his way through the story Kay tells!

I don’t know how I am just now discovering this amazing true crime podcast. I’m so thankful I’ve gotten to binge it but now that I’m caught up, I might just start over at the beginning. These two (Kay) do so much research and bring the victims so much honor and respect.

My friends mom recommended this podcast the first episode was mid but the others are all great. I love the way you guys tell stories and I love how respectful you guys are still revealing the details keep doing this five stars!!

I hardly ever write reviews, but I truly think this podcast deserves it! It is obvious that Kay thoroughly researches each case and when presenting it, both her and John make insightful and thoughtful comments. They present the cases in a way that is always respectful of the victims and their loved ones. I think John and Kay are the kind of people I would love to be friends with in real life. Well done you two!!

Kay and John seem like such genuine and kind people and Kay is an incredible storyteller. The stories they tell are rarely ones I’ve heard of.
