This week I caught up with the new kid on the Tri-Block Noah Raz. Noah has recently taken up Triathalon as a hobby/passion. He has a lot of exciting goals that he wants to pursue in the sport as well as some experiences that can act as an inspiration to people who might find them selves in a similar spot where Noah was.
In this episode we talk about:
- The importance of not setting goals that are too outlandish and unrealistic.
- How a dream can one day become a reachable goal through the achievement of multiple smaller goals.
- How Noah was active all his life, until certain events lead him to not being as active and finding himself unhappy with how he felt.
- What lead to him being able to Pull himself out of this situation and as a result lead him to Triathlon and his new goals and aspirations.
This episode was super fun to record! I hadn't really had the chance to talk to Noah properly so this was good for me to get to know him at the same time as the Listeners.
