Using her Pastor’s example of the need to reengage her physical core after a c-section and how this relates to Nourisha personally has inspired a desire in me to reevaluate the core of who I am and in what parts am I weak/ disengaged. I totally relate to the concept of saying “yes” to too many things and I plan to interrogate or question the areas of my life that feel disjointed and how I can move towards putting the pieces back together.
