Stop explaining yourself to assholes!
Today I remind you why you should not feel obligated to explain yourself to someone that does not understand that you have a chronic illness, disability or mental illness. Also why they should feel bad for pressuring you to constantly explain yourself and why you should NOT feel guilty or bad for having to cancel plans due to your chronic illness, disability and or mental illness etc.

How Hollywood Helped Me to Be Proud of My Chronic Illness and Disability
Hollywood is not always filled with negativity and bullies. I discovered how being blatantly honest about my chronic illness and disability opened doors into the music and entertainment industry that I used to think would have caused me to be shunned and rejected. Today I share with you how it is important to be proud of your uniqueness. Be open about your disability, be confident in yourself inside and out meaning be confident in who you TRULY ARE. If you show your true self others that will be sincerely supportive and want to help you succeed will be easier to reach and connect with. Being truthful about your disability and or differences will also help you to avoid and get rid of those that are nothing but negative and harmful to you and your future. So today I show you how I overcame being embarassed of myself and how Hollywood welcomed me as the unique blatantly honest badass artist I have always been since day one.

How a Blind Cat Saved and Changed My Life (The Importance of Animals, Pets and Therapy Pets)
Today I share how a blind little west hollywood rescue named Pork Pie came into my life and saved and changed my life forever. I also talk about how animals help make us stronger and to have a purpose even on those days we may feel useless to the world, these animals depend on us and remind us of what matters most in life. Give your pet a hug and a pat after or better yet do it the whole time you listen to this episode. I wish I still had my Pork Pie to hug and thank him for his life changing impact on my life. He helped me cope with Porphyria and a medical disability. This Episode is in Memory of Pork Pie, Merc, StanLee, Azrael and all of the beloved animals that help us to be stronger better people.
