Today I remind you why you should not feel obligated to explain yourself to someone that does not understand that you have a chronic illness, disability or mental illness. Also why they should feel bad for pressuring you to constantly explain yourself and why you should NOT feel guilty or bad for having to cancel plans due to your chronic illness, disability and or mental illness etc.
