Each episode Erin will offer unique and expansive perspectives of emotional wellbeing.  This means talking about different interventions, the basics of therapy, with some meditations, writing prompts and reflections to boot! Erin is always focused on destigmatizing mental health conditions, helping to normalize the way we perceive them, and how we talk about them.  The goal in this is not free therapy, it is to help normalize the mental health conversation and emotional handlings of everyday life.
