My fabulous guest today is also my business coach and mentor, Mills Gray .
Mills has been there and done that when it comes to running a business and has 15 years behind her running successful companies in areas including travel, wellness, retail and coaching retreats, and she loves to see other women thrive in business.
What Mills doesn't know about the retail and ecommerce space is not worth knowing. She has owned three companies and sold one. Navigated the covid space, rediscovered her skills and passions and now she serves service led businesses coaching women to new levels of success, which might look different to each of them.
Mills is a mum of two and has created a business with the life balance of dreams - although financially very successful, for Mills success is also being able to spend time with friends, pick up the kids, overall having the freedom to choose how she spends her day, while also loving her job.
