Welcome to the pilot episode of "The Warrior Inside"! I started my journey over 4 years and 200 lbs ago and now I am taking to podcasting to help you find your own path to fitness. 
 
My goal is to share the stories of everyday athletes and to tell you a little about my own journey in the hopes that it will inspire you so that you too will find the warrior inside you.
