Villatuerta to Los Arcos Drinking from my pilgrims shell at Fuente da Vino was a really beautiful experience and you can choose red wine from the fountain on the right and water from the fountain on the left, oh well maybe, I think, oh dear maybe you should not drink at 10am. I stopped at a workshop and seeing the amazing creations of a blacksmith in the village left me in awe and amazement at his skills. With only 7km to go I had to dig deep as my feet hurt but that&apos;s to be expected on a journey that I am absolutely loving every part of. The Albergue at Los Arcos was very big and full so it was a juggle for showers and you had to leave your boots at the front door, again a moment of trust.

Resilience is about bouncing back after adversity and creating a life you love. After many personal struggles I have worked at finding the key to bouncing back and improving my own personal well being, self love, joy and connection. In this podcast I will talk about the, how to and examples of how others have bounced back from trauma, divorce, loss of job, family breakdown, personal breakdown and lots more.The resilience muscle is what we need to work on and just like any muscle it has to be worked consistently to stay strong. You have to consistently do the work to find your internal power and then you can bounce back from any adversity that life throws at you.
