I've been super excited to drop this podcast. I sit down with one of my long time friend Ranya and her brother Nadeem. They informed me on all the things that have been going on between Palestine and Israel. We get in-depth about the injustices, oppression and human rights that are being violated at the hands of tyranny. I had no idea how many moving pieces and factors that happened to build up to what is happening today. This is a serious issue that is happening and needs to be recognized and stopped. Awareness is the first step to fixing any problem. Please listen and SHARE.

Today is the 21st day of the 21st week of the 21st year of the 21st century, This Episode of The Ramble is dedicated to one of my Jiu-Jitsu Brothers Hector. Him and I talked about being on the podcast one day but we never got the chance to. So to honor him, my 21st episode is in his name. He was a great guy, driven individual, hard working and a fierce warrior. He will be missed by many. Thank you for everything you have taught me Hector. I’m going to miss the rolls and talks we had. We gave each other everything we had and built a bond by pushing each other. Enjoy the podcast brother. I know you’ll be listening. This one’s for you.
