Lia Thomas is the first transgender athlete to win a Division 1 National Title by winning the 500 Freestyle at the Women's Swimming Championships in Atlanta this past Thursday. After hearing of her victory and subsequent losses in the 200 and 100 I thought I should reach out to her and offer her some constructive criticism and sage advice.
