In this episode, we’re talking about Period Poverty and a programme from Grwp Llandrillo Menai who are providing learners with 4 months worth of period products (including reusable products) as part of the Welsh Government’s £9 million investment in reducing Period Poverty. The products are provided by Hey Girls, a Social Enterprise fighting to reduce Period Poverty and when 1 in 10 girls can’t afford period products, it’s time to talk about period poverty. This time we're chatting about Valentine's Day. Georgina's in a good mood for once! Katie talks about missing out on Valentine's Day and is so over pretending like it's not a big deal. Society is skewed towards couple life, Katie is bothered by it and shares her take. Arron didn't get Georgina an Easter Egg once and she was outraged but now she couldn't care less.  People spend more on their pets on Valentine's Day than their partners.
