We are a duo of personal development junkies who like to discuss topics such as health, fitness, personal finances, relationships...basically anything that helps you to become a little bit better today than yesterday. This is a podcast especially for young men, who at times can feel lost in todays’ world. And as young men ourselves, who strive everyday to stay on the path to becoming the best version of ourselves, we aim to produce content that will resonate with boys as they transition into men. Our message to our listeners is to ‘listen’ first and to ‘do’ next. Action is key. Consistency is power.

Both going to the gym and learning a type of martial art provides physical and mental benefits. However they can also serve different purposes. Just because you can lift heavy weights, doesn't mean you can fight. And learning how to defend yourself doesn't necessarily mean you are particularly strong and fit. They complement one another, however they can take up your time, money and energy. So how to balance?
