We are a duo of personal development junkies who like to discuss topics such as health, fitness, personal finances, relationships...basically anything that helps you to become a little bit better today than yesterday. 

This is a podcast especially for young men, who at times can feel lost in todays’ world. And as young men ourselves, who strive everyday to stay on the path to becoming the best version of ourselves, we aim to produce content that will resonate with boys as they transition into men. 

Our message to our listeners is to ‘listen’ first and to ‘do’ next. Action is key. Consistency is power.
