Welcome to "The Indigo Diaries." Join host Natasha Hickling as she interviews another guest, a fellow coach Christine Stevens-Gopsill, in the new diary entry of the series.
Christine is a newly diagnosed but not newly aware ADHD’er. She is an entrepreneur and has recently launched a coaching business called Indigo NLP Coaching that provides support to ADHD adults. She loves working with neuro-diverse adults as she has a keen understanding and lived experience of the journeys that life as an adult with ADHD provides. With 20+ years' experience working in post-secondary education, Christine’s core competencies are in the areas of supporting adult learners in academic coaching, career exploration and program development.
She’s a dog mom, cat mom, and a humans’ mom and a new gramma! As a true ADHD’er dopamine hits are her favourite and she loves dog walking, home reno, and making her kitchen really messy by cooking and baking. She’s creative, has a fun sense of humour, works hard at being a good listener, and loves knowing people's stories. In this episode, Christine shares her story of living years with undiagnosed ADHD despite always being there and how she uses her love of people to help inspire her clients today.
