S3, Episode 10: " Our Unfulfilled Potential….’ By Natasha Hickling, and Tony Coward.
Dear Diary, Welcome to "The Indigo Diaries." Join host Natasha Hickling in the third and long-lasting series: "The World Through an Our Eyes.." This week Natasha is back with a ‘Start the Conversation’ where she will be joined by fellow ADHD Life Coach Tony Coward. For Tony the penny finally dropped at the age of 48 that maybe undiagnosed ADHD was the ‘invisible saboteur' that had frustratingly eluded him for so long but finally explained the academic struggles, the multiple careers, and so much more! After diagnosis he quickly made the decision to look forwards, empower himself with knowledge and ensure that the future would be better than the past. Tony set out to discover as much as he could about how his ADHD strengths and challenges presented themselves. In an effort to connect with other adults like himself he started a local support group which quickly extended to supporting other ADHD adults individually. Later, having found himself at yet another career crossroads he began training as an ADHD coach with ADDCA - the gold standard in ADHD coach training. After graduating, Tony founded Nomadd Coach to create a coaching space for ADHD adults, often late diagnosed, for whom a big part of the lived experience has been the cumulative frustration in work, at home and in relationships. Many of Tony’s clients are smart, high achieving professionals and entrepreneurs who, on the surface at least, look like they are succeeding but are often paddling like fury underneath. As a career ‘solopreneur’ himself, Tony finds himself drawn towards coaching and mentoring entrepreneurs struggling to define their ‘mission’ and deliver their highest contribution. He has a particular passion for working with and supporting other ADHD coaches.  In this episode, we will be diving into ADHD and unfulfilled potential that not only seems to grow, it can also feel increasingly out of reach.  Come, Learn, listen, and experience the world through not her eyes, our eyes!
