Along with being a full-time yoga instructor, her passions include hiking, traveling, trying out new vegan recipes, and cuddling with her dog, Tootsie. Julia aspires to inspire through her unique and approachable teaching methods, as well as with her popular workshops and seminars. She hopes to travel the world with this practice, and help others connect deeply with themselves in all the ways possible. Join her honest mess!
