I believe that health comes from actively supporting yourself - mind, body, emotions, and spirituality - in order to live your best life. This podcast seeks to educate as many people as possible on how to take control of your own health through diet, physical activity, and other alternative health methods. Several weeks will include interviews with guests who will speak about their specialty.
