Just like you I am no stranger to grief, however when I recorded this in October 2020 I felt a crushing pain and an inability to cope beyond my grief. I recorded this (not as a podcast episode), because I figured replaying this recording could help dig me out of the hole I was in.

I explain all that in the episode. My only hope is that you find some solace through my sobs, if you're also going through a similar predicament.
