Nadeya found her calling in integrative and mind-body medicine after caring for her father who was diagnosed with stage 4 lung cancer and brain cancer in 2012. After studying yoga and Ayurveda in India in 2017, Nadeya developed a strong passion in bridging the gap between Eastern and Western medicine and has dedicated her life to understanding the root cause of disease and how to reach elevated states of consciousness through mind-body based modalities. After her father passed away in 2017 and eventually experiencing her own chronic illness in 2019, Nadeya began to build Zaya, a community platform that empowers, educates, and supports individuals seeking integrative health information using the intersection of mind-body medicine, psychology and spirituality.  At Zaya, we focus on supporting individuals seeking a mind-body approach to support their mental health and physical wellbeing. She’s the Founder of Nashville Tennessee-based Nodat, Inc. Nodat Inc. is an action-driven community marketing platform for local businesses.  Aireka founded her business after her fourteen-year-old son asked her if she had heard about a new water park in their community.  She had not.  And her son was upset because it was the last day of summer and they missed an opportunity to go to the park.  Aireka wondered, is there a better way to cultivate organic awareness of local businesses? She discovered a way, and she immediately got to work on turning it into a business.
