Nadeya has over 8 years of experience in finance and advising for small businesses & NGOs globally. Nadeya found her calling in integrative and mind-body medicine after caring for her father who was diagnosed with stage 4 lung cancer and brain cancer in 2012. After studying yoga and Ayurveda in India in 2017, Nadeya developed a strong passion in bridging the gap between Eastern and Western medicine and has dedicated her life to understanding the root cause of disease and how to reach elevated states of consciousness through mind-body based modalities. After her father passed away in 2017 and eventually experiencing her own chronic illness in 2019, Nadeya began to build Zaya, a community platform that empowers, educates, and supports individuals seeking integrative health information using the intersection of mind-body medicine, psychology and spirituality. At Zaya, we focus on supporting individuals seeking a mind-body approach to support their mental health and physical wellbeing. We empower and enable people to connect deeper to their body and mind through educational workshops, retreats and a global wellness community.
