Sara Ayres, is the Founder of The Base Body Co, and ex London dweller like myself. The main reason I wanted to have a conversation with her (despite being great), is that she left London last year like I did, and as we have returned ‘home’ nearer to our respective routes, I wanted to unravel the ideas a little bit about location, where you live and ask actually, does it matter so much where you live now in a new Covid world? Also, after the demands of big city living began to take their toll and her craving for self-care grew deeper, Sara set out on her own exploration for convenient, holistic and natural antidotes to modern living. The Base Body Co. was born, and it aims to redefine the relationship we have with our health. From emigration to elixirs, it’s a really important conversation regarding health and well-being. So today we’re taking a slightly different track. I have an important conversation to share with Dionne Williams is a Mindset Confidence Coach & Business Strategist (and old friend and colleague), and founder of Get Set Go.
After 15 years experience in Financial Services helping hundreds of businesses of all shapes and sizes, she now works with aspiring business owners and professionals to empower them to achieve clarity in purpose, and to develop confidence, maximise and package their talents.
The reason I wanted to speak to Dionne is that, like so many businesses who work in mental health and personal development, Dionne is someone who has had her own experiences, and in turn shape her output now.
The thing we really get into is her focus as a Mindset coach, where she finds herself helping clients dissolve limiting beliefs and emotional blocks, to help them move forward and create the freedom and fulfilment that they desire.
We also talk about jobs, toxic and narcissistic relationships, Stockholm Syndrome, Mental health, and owning your own path to succeed and feel good. Hope you enjoy and get something out of it! Check her out at https://getsetgo.london or follow on IG @getsetgo.london

Today’s episode for a rainy day. Think about how you can use food to manage your mental health, time and finances better! Amelia is a former colleague in the world of media, but is now also a trained chef. I don’t need to intro much, just have a listen. She wrote the bio herself so just leaving this here...
“Hey! I’m Amelia! Anyone who knows me knows that food is my happy place! I love trying new restaurants, reading my endless pile of cookbooks and, most of all, cooking in my own kitchen for my family & friends. This passion led me to embark on a cooking course at Leiths School of Food & Wine at the start of 2020. While I love nothing more than putting on my chef whites, at the end of day I am a London girl, who lives on her own. Most of the time I’m cooking for myself on an average London salary, so the day-to-day reality isn’t quite as glamorous as it may seem! But it isn't all pesto pasta; cooking affordable, nutritional and most of all tasty meals is what I love!” Check her out IG: @in_mimis_kitchen

In this week's episode, I host myself. Yep! So a short 15 minute special. It is Men's Mental Health Week, so felt like an apt time to cover off a couple of things.
Firstly - I wanted to talk about my own challenges and the context of why I started The Busyness in the first place. To provide a platform where people, including myself, can open up and share ideas on how they can make their heads a happier, less-busy place. So I touch on that, and then I go into a reading of an article 'You've Got this' that I submitted to Tin Man, an online magazine for Male Mental Health (including a Bio).
I hope you enjoy! Please check out original article at https://thetinman.online/youve-got-this/ You can follow them on Twitter at @TinManOnline as well.

Jack Rutter is a Brit and former advertising executive living in South America, Buenos Aires to be precise.. He decided to leave the life he built in London to travel and to learn Spanish! In his core he knew he needed to go on his own heroes journey, face his biggest demons and see what is on the other side. Now, he is found doing what he loves on a consultancy basis, tangoing with his girlfriend, and last but by no means least, developing what he has called the Mental Health Toolkit, a brilliant project to encourage those with challenges to consider their inputs for a better life, anything from breathing techniques to journaling.
You can follow Jack at @thementalhealthtoolkit and request a free kit by getting in touch.

MENTAL HEALTH AWARENESS WEEK SPECIAL (& MARKETING) Featured on the eComOne Podcast with Richard Hill
EComOne, who do e-commerce FB/Google marketing with my own clients in my day job, this week published a pod I recorded with their CEO Richard a few weeks back (pre-lockdown). We talk about marketing and the importance of getting your online presence right (very important for the business aficionados out there) but more importantly in true Busyness style, we share about our own mental health journeys. In this extensive episode I briefly intro it and then jump straight into an unfiltered conversation with him. Hope you enjoy. Also, do check out their pod too and ways to follow here: https://www.ecomone.com/podcast
