If you’re like most people, mornings stink. We might hit the snooze button three or four (or eight) times, or grab our devices and check social media and the news before we even get out of bed. We feel late, rushed, and barely have time to get dressed let alone shower, eat breakfast, and connect with our families. We start the day stressed, frustrated, and overwhelmed. The truth is, we all have a morning routine. The question is whether or not it’s any good. In this episode, learn two benefits to designing a great morning routine, along with six elements you can implement to set yourself up for a productive and rewarding day.
