Studies show that nearly 80% of our thoughts on a daily basis are negative. Whether it’s criticism, doubt, or condemnation of ourselves or others, negative thoughts can have terrible consequences. Our thoughts lead to emotions, and our emotions drive behavior. What makes it even more challenging is that our minds are wired to focus on the negative. Like any bad habit, it can be challenging to overcome negative thinking. But we do have control over what we think about. Learn five strategies to stop negative thinking.
