Well, here we are with another episode. I am joined with Michelle Jordan the owner, operator, and instructor at Vessel Yoga and Massage in Twin Lakes WI. In this episode we talked about her journey with yoga, and how yoga is a very positive and outlook toward life. She was not a participant with sampling a new craft beer this week, and that’s perfectly fine, means more beer for me….I’m kidding folks. Today’s beer of the episode is from Terrapin Beer Co. The HI-5 IPA . The brewery is located in Athens GA. And the taste is smooth. The citrus flavor rolls off your tongue just like a 6 foot pipeline wave. The ABV is 5.9% and I believe I stated 6% in the podcast. Jut correcting myself. I do apologies for not talking more about beer but I did want to focus on my interesting guest this week. Also i noticed a lot of mic noise with moving around please try your best to block it out. I did the best i could with editing adn still learning. So, sit back relax and don’t forget to open a nice frothy one.

On This episode, schedules finally matched up and here we are sitting together. Bob Master a young talented head brewer in this industry is bringing back history and setting a new footprint on old ground. The original building where his brewery stands is a reboot of McHenry Brewery. Bob a history major has brewed up some fine craft beers that will, in my opinion will stand the test of time. From a simple lager with a hint of banana, to a weekly special just in time for football introducing the “Some Like it…. Mild”. An American lager brewed with garden salsa and jalapeño. Topping it off with a smoky porter. One that places you in front of a campfire, eating beef brisket and s’mores. If that’s a thing people do. There are more option your just gonna have to listen or visit to find out. So, sit back, crack open a nice frosty one, and enjoy this episode of Lets Go Try A Flight. If you want to stop by the address is:3425 Pearl Street60050 McHenry, Illinois Stop by, say hi to Bob, have some great beer, talk history, and play some board games.Cheers and Mahalo!

Hello again, on this episode of Lets GO Try A Flight, I'm joined with Nick Vorpagel from Lake Geneva Meats. This little Gem of a Meat store has a wonderful back story held within the family for three generation! Located in historic Lake Geneva Wisconsin, we stayed late within the meat shop and set up our glasses. Mesmoriesed by every type of steaks, brats, ground beef, poultry, and many more we tipped our glasses to Schells Hefewiezen a classic from this classic brewery second oldest in America, another from Schells, from the Noble Star collection, Galactic Collision. This beer is very light and easy to drink, more for those who dont like beer. This had some great suprises, I personaly enjoyed the fine cypress tanks after taste. was amazing! finally we ended our night with a double IPA from Half Acre called Deep Space. If your looking for an easy double that wont pucker your lips this is the one for you. St back, relax, and enjoy some meat talk and beer!

On this episode, my family and I hit the road to Minneapolis Minnesota. A little getaway to the northern tier and visiting great friends. This was a special treat doing a live podcast in the draft room at the Surly Brewery. some pretty great beer and great conversation. Dave is a joy to be around and he knows that city pretty well. We went downtown and ate where the food trucks hangout then went to Surly Brewing. Although his mic had tech issues at the end this is still a good listen. Unfortunately we had a pretty busy day and our second brewery was a quick stop in, but if your ever in the twin city location check out a very manly location called Dangerous Man Brewing Co. Girthy beards, polite smiles, and lumberjack physique....well maybe just really cool people. So, Lets stop talking about this journey and lets hear it. Lets go try a flight!

Do you like Tattoo's? Do you like Heavy Metal? How about riding cross country in a Bus? Well today were not going cross country on a bus, we are hanging out with Adam Gilley! Lead singer from the band Product of Hate! He's also an increadable tattoo artest! You can check out his art on his instagram just look for mfgilley and have your mind blown. Besides this amazing interview, we sat down and had some great beer. Adams choice is a great backyard beer from Ale Asylum the Madtown Nutbrown. A brown ale with smooth taste and goes great with smores. My choice is from Brewery Vivant and the wonderful saison farmhouse ale, Farm Hand. Easy sippin' on your porch after a hard days work. there was some tech. issues but with the editing it worked out pretty good. So, lets sit back and Lets Go Try A Flight.

Hold on to your butts. On this episode I introdce two new beers to my personal list and to the show. The first from Door County Brewery in Door County Wisconsin I have what we call the Pallet Jack crusier IPA. Citrus taste, smooth, hoppy, and everything in a IPA to sip on all day. The second I jump right out the norm and out of the country with Monterrey Cerveza an adjunct lager from Guatemala. Its like a Corona and perfect as a cook out beer. Nothing says ribs and potato salad like this beer does. Nate is a great friend and a quiet riot he has a nice NPR voice that will sooth and comfort your sole. So enjoy, and Lets Go Try A Flight!
