On This episode, schedules finally matched up and here we are sitting together. Bob Master a young talented head brewer in this industry is bringing back history and setting a new footprint on old ground.  The original building where his brewery stands is a reboot of McHenry Brewery.  Bob a history major has brewed up some fine craft beers that will, in my opinion will stand the test of time.  From a simple lager with a hint of banana, to a weekly special just in time for football introducing the “Some Like it…. Mild”.  An American lager brewed with garden salsa and jalapeño. Topping it off with a smoky porter.  One that places you in front of a campfire, eating beef brisket and s’mores.  If that’s a thing people do.  There are more option your just gonna have to listen or visit to find out.
