An interview show hosted by composer, bassoonist, and 9-5er Taylor Arnold. Guests share a cocktail with Taylor and discuss a life of trying to be an artist in a world where in order to survive, we must also have a 9 to 5. Guests are early-career artists, generally with an academic degree in their field, who have or who are attempting to make a career out of the arts. Taylor creates a cocktail inspired by the artist's work and they talk about what being an artist and creative means to them. They talk about how the guests' idea of success has changed, how they handle imposter syndrome, and the realities of paying for life/day job life, and how they just handle life as a creative.
