Hey podcast listeners!

This week I am talking with the amazing Meleah and Manda. AKA: The sisters that stray. They are on a mission to help women rise up, reclaim their power and their right o pleasure. We are talking about attachment styles on the episode today but more specifically anxious attachment. I have friend who has attended their retreats and couldn't say enough good things about it. I highly recommend checking our their retreats and give yourself a gift that you deserve. We dive deep into anxious attachment theory. This is one of the four relationship attachments. Anxious attachment can look a variety of ways in relationships but typically shows itself through jealousy, neediness, worry and fear.
