Her professional experience includes working as a Child Protective Services Investigator, Probation Officer, ER Social Worker + as a Clinician.
Fed up with conventional systems + their band-aid solutions, she is an advocate for the whole body (mind/body/spirit) perspective.
She is passionate about trauma-informed care, empowering through awareness and education and by using simple + accessible ways to enhance your life and well-being.
She utilizes her experience + education by tapping into an eclectic blend of modalities + knowledge to share with you along your journey.
In her free time, she enjoys lifting weights, practicing yoga, + spending time in nature. She is a cat mom, a lover of dad jokes and a watcher of the Office.
