A week out from the SpaceX IPO, WSJ business columnist Tim Higgins discusses the interest from retail investors. While the Nasdaq plans to fast track SpaceX’s entry into the Nasdaq 100 index, the S&P will not be fast tracking the company into its own marquee index.
