Deep in the rugged mountains of Nicholas County, West Virginia, an old creek crossing known as the Ghost Ford has been the subject of a particularly unusual haunting for generations. According to local legend, travelers making their way along the lonely road near Panther Mountain have encountered a mysterious red dog that appears out of nowhere, its enormous body glowing in the darkness as it floats several feet above the ground.
