Re-entry
The most recent episode about reentry turbulence should be required, listening for everyone making a transition and shift welcoming people into your home or going on a trip, etc. So helpful, but to be realistic, and not over romanticize all of those moments to be prepared.

Universal wisdom
At 54, Tara’s message is spot on for me and my life. Feeling inspired, I shared her podcast on being enough with my 80 year old mother and 25 year old son. Both listened! and text me me a big thank you…they reported that her podcast was exactly what they needed to hear!
