My guest today is Dallis Meyer. In my mind she is sort of a renaissance woman. Just a few hats she wears: Wife, boy mom, roller derby queen married to the roller derby king, coach, general athlete children's ministry leader, nurse, a fabulous singer and my music buddy (stick around to the end to hear what I mean!) and just the best friend anyone could ask for. Dallis has rheumatoid arthritis which causes her lots of pain and discomfort. In dealing with the pain, she also realized the need to tend to her mental health. And we talk all about that.
