The Silent Lotus is the perfect combination of playful humor and thought provoking discussion. Even after just a few episodes, I truly feel like I know and can relate to Suhita and Suditi. Being just two South Asian girls trying to make sense of the world, they make it more than easy to feel like you are actually part of the discussion. What I especially love about this podcast is that while forcing me to self reflect and make positive life changes whether big or small, it’s playful nature makes it also just something fun to listen to! I would 10/10 recommend this podcast as it gave me the much needed push to make the small life changes that I always planned on making but never followed through with!

Suditi and Suhita are two perfect hosts for this pod on the lives of South Asian women. Their advice on self-care and staying sane during the pandemic are spot-on, and they genuinely seem to be having fun doing this together. Even as a guy, I have found myself nodding or laughing at the women’s advice sections of their show. It’s a fun listen, and their takes are so smart - highly recommend.

Silent Lotus is my favorite thing to listen to on long car rides when I just want something that will make me think, but also make me laugh. These two women are so relatable, and their stories are not only entertaining but also make me reflect on my own life! It really feels like I am part of a conversation with them about their life, so it’s really the perfect ting to listen to any time of day. I love that all of their questions are sourced from listeners, and that they take the time to really think through their answers. Big fan of this incredibly aesthetic podcast, can’t wait to see what they do going forward!!

Highlighting the voices of South Asian women, the hosts talk about everything from skincare to coffee orders, this podcast talks about the seemingly ordinary, everyday things that only a best friend would talk about. With the plethora of podcasts out there, it is extremely refreshing to hear one that talks about a variety of topics that no one else seems to talk about. The hosts are witty and kind, making it feel like you are just sitting in your living room discussing your life over a cup of tea. Highly reccomend to anyone!
