Tim Williams was the vocalist, guitarist and primary creative force behind Our Lady, a now-defunct emo band from Springfield, IL that may not have been traditionally "big" but left a lasting impression wherever they went. Now Tim and his wife Molli own and operate Ritual Apparel, a clothing company and lifestyle brand for people involved in strength sports. We talk about the transition from putting your creative efforts toward a band to focusing on a brand.
