Think about “the end” to power your now On a transformation journey people are so good Monday-Thursday, but when Friday throughout the weekend hits you suck! This journey is about being as consistent as we can. If you lack the mindfulness to be so tight during the week, and too loose During the weekend you will get nowhere. Transformations are not supposed to be perfect, but use this week to get better. Now this topic most people don’t talk about. Everyone is going to die one day. It is scary to think about, maybe even a bit uncomfortable to a degree. What I am getting at is those who leverage death tend to win.. If death scares you, comment me below??? Stop letting death paralyze us, and use it as motivation to create action. Take ownership to use our time wisely. Death is part of life, I have cheated death 3 times, and I confronted it. What kind of life do I want to live? What kind of legacy do I want to leave behind? There is something so powerful with acting out of purpose, and being intentional, Without drifting through life and hoping for the best. Like everyday I am acting with purpose.. So how can you all leverage this concept to your advantage…. Acknowledge and embrace how short life is, and make the best of our time. There is not a single person here who has a lot of time. Time is the most precious thing in the universe. Guys anyone i look up to has a baseline for their own health. The template and start point is health. You only have one body, but yet people take investments into your house and Decorate the interior of your house. Loosing weight and taking control of your life is the same things as having a nice House to show people your house is nice to make you feel better about Yourself. It is the same thing. But the body is far more important!! Maybe you have started and failed, maybe you just are overweight and you have Become a victim of your circumstances. But the truth here is you have the power.. You can get a gym membership, eat better, and get a coach. Create a plan of action. This is how you take ownership, and take control of your state. For me I hate when things are happening for me, rather than me change what I am doing to Change the outcome. So you need to take ownership of the good and the bad and that is how you No longer are they victims of circumstance. You are active, and taking action for your future. When you struggle with some type of mental illness, if you seek help, if you Take ownership of your triggers you can change too. If it’s medication, if its gym time this is taking ownership, you have the willingness to try again. This is the key.. I help clients get clients unstuck by simply stopping clients from playing victim, And get them to let go of the depression. And create NEW identities. This is very difficult to break if you stay committed, but if you seek help and Support from others that is key. This is why I have my community within my coaching app, and this facebook group. Affirmation: ”I need to work on myself, because i am my greatest asset”. Mental and emotional health is so big in my space, but people within gym space work on The physical side, and forget about the other piece. If you want real change you can’t neglect your physical health and try to train 6x a week and you are neglecting so much. Slow down, zoom out and work on you!! Guys I have done this for a long time, so this is a teaching I have committed to for myself As well. I ted to get hyper focused and when I want something I get it and work Everyday for it. But I hit a block I was unfulfilled, and it showed the last time I lost my gym In november. I neglected my relationships, my fitness was subpar, and I get hyperfocused. So for me I focused on what I want to achieve in this life. So I broke down my content, and my goal for life….. I deeply want to impact women one per day, to shift generations. You want to succeed as you want to breathe, then you will be successful. This is what I am talking about, and yes i am going To yell at you. What people don’t realize most times you are deliberately creating your Reality. Most of you are focused on all the shit you don’t want. December you missed the gym, you ate like shit, and your goals fell Short. And you haven't lost weight. No, this is why you are losing, you are focusing on the wrong shit. The hard part of desire, is anything you want you create it. Humans create things, we think and we create it. Most are overweight and they hate themselves. Your depressed/sad and negative shit happens. You see because you think negative you then attract negative Shit. Check this out: The world within is the cause, the world without is the effect. So if you change the effect you must change the cause. How many of you watching has gotten a transformation and felt Happy? If so let me know?? How many of you if you have gotten a transformation it was because you decided To and the actions followed. You made the commitment. On a fitness journey everyone tries to change the outside world, and the #1 Thing is knowone trie to look within. You need to change  on the inside If you want real results! Income: Everyone wants to make more money but never thinks if i WANT a million Dollars you think I can act the same now, Hell NO. I have to start moving and operating like I am one. I am talking about creating a NEW identity, and it starts with the desire. The desire to change. If you want a new identity you must change the way you think. One more quote: “Faking it until you make it” How many of you have heard this…… The is an element that i agree with and one I disagree with, Are you ready? You right now on here or starting a fitness journey you are not capable of A person who is meant to have abs or a six pack. So if you want abs you need to practice being and doing things that a person with Abs does, until you get it. So I don’t believe fake until you make it, I believe practice until you embody it. Do you want to take the old version of you currently into the rest of the year??? Do you want to take you staying and playing at the same level as last year? Are you prepared to stay in the same spot this year? Yes or NO?? Me I am not satisfied with where I am at. I am devoted to changing who I am to take me to the next level. Because I am so committed to my vision I will get it because my desire is So high it out weighs my negotiations with my self. Are you prepared to be your best self? Are you prepared to do the work? Make the commitment of leaving your old shit, and past to step into your best self. What we are going to do repeat this 20223 is going to be the best year of my life. Your Mind Is Like A Garden EP.20
Your Mind is like a garden! I am going to dive deep into the phrase. Mindset is a garden, and if you neglect it your mindset/ The garden you will become overgrown with thoughts and self limiting belief. Think about this?? Your mindset is a garden, and you neglected it and it has become overgrown With self limiting beliefs. Everyday you wake up in a garden of negatively, “I am never going to grow my glutes, lets get a bbl” “I am never going to lose weight, it’s too hard” “I am never going to be able to get a transformation” “I can’t seem to find time to go to the gym” “I can’t pay off my credit cards” Al this weight, of i can’t, you start these negative thoughts. It is because you haven’t tended to your garden. A lot of your minds are overgrown with self limiting beliefs, and it Is usually do to some trauma that is unresolved as a kid. Maybe even as a kid and it has trickled to your current life. “Tale of two wolves” Charockey where he tells his son about a battle everyday between the good wolf, and bad wolf. The good is positive, gratefulness, love, kindness etc. The bad wolf being negative,pesimis, envy, jealousy, etc. Which one wins??? The wolf that wins is the one you feed. In most cases you feed the bad wolf. Listen if you want to change your state, and change your body you most stop believing the Shit the no longer serves you. Drop the story, drop the story you have been telling yourself the last 5-10 Years because  it is limiting you. Your garden needs attention. Stop fixating on the negative thoughts, and the results you don’t have, and tend to the garden. Once you do this you then can choose a mindset that serves your higher self. It is FREE, and only takes a few minutes. My 5 Traits That Got Me From Being Broke To 3 Time Business Owner EP.16
Now these 5 steps of leveling up my business you can use to be Massively successful on your fitness journey. The first character trait, is vision. Guys if you have a vision for what your body will look like This is your why? Your why which will make you get out of bed. Guys when I was living in a garage, I knew I was going to Be my own boss. I looked at my life: I had no success, I had no gym, I had unfulfillment. I was also skinny asf. You need a vision that is so great in your head and so clear That people around you think it is a joke. Goals so big that it gets you out of bed, goals so big you would spend the rest of your life Working towards. Create a vision and go after it. If you lack vision with your body transformation journey, then you will get A membership walk on the treadmill like your 60 years old and never change. Without vision you will stay fat. The second character trait, is ambition. I am talking about ambition, hunger, and a relentless approach. It is such an intense desire to Not settling. Guys when I was training I made my first $1,000 check in two weeks and I was not satisfied at all. I demanded more, I demanded a higher standard. I couldn’t settle. SO many of you want a transformation but you are settling for average. You lack the ambition, and you won’t allow yourself to tap into something higher than you. Guys I would hate to be 70 years old and look back and asking: “What if I did this” Or I should have done this. The third character trait, is discipline. You could have the best genetics, or talent but if you lack discipline you Are nothing. Discipline Means you say your going to the gym 2 times per week And you do it unless you die. Discipline means you look in the mirror and you are proud. If you are not proud to look in the mirror you have no discipline. No discipline you can’t have success. You mean to be a leader and you can’t even handle your own body. Discipline means you wake up early to train before everyone else. Guys when I had two hip surgeries I had to re-learn how to walk after The doctors said I wouldn't walk again. I was disciplined to go through that pain to walk again. And now my legs have muscle. The fourth character trait, is risk. I have had4 mentors and two times I did not have money after I paid them. So the skills I learned I had to use them and make enough to pay bills. I lost my gym recently and i risked going to a legal battle and in The process I lost $13,000 but I got my gym. I risked it all to make it happen. I am about to take another risk with my body, and I Knowing it will force me to level up. I take risks because I would rather fail, then be seen as a failure. Guys I am sharing these stories with you to motivate you, And because I am just getting started. On a fitness journey hire the coach so you will level up. Take the risk. The fifth character trait, is networking. Guys i just did this seminar with one of my clients at her salon, my gym is Catered to women I went to a place of business that has a lot fo women. I did the event for free and collabed with them and gained business And followers. Networking is putting you in a circle that forces you to level up. People who are winning and share ideas. Showing Up When it Sucks EP.15
Some of you do not even know what this feeling is like because You have current projects and don’t finish any of them. Before my career was a thing in college I was so used to Waiting until the last minute to get things done. It was who I was, like how many of you When you do not feel well, or tired, you do not finish things. This means the only way to change your body you need to start following through with Things. If it means making your bed every morning, do it. If it means you will train @5:30am everyday then you must do this. Like people are so used to not following through with things that they do not Even attempt them anymore. They have spent so much time at a low frequency That when they  try to start a fitness journey that forces you into a situation that Is uncomfortable you have two choices it is too hard and you fall off, or You know it is uncomfortable but find a way to win. Like if you do start a fitness journey then when you go to sleep, and have A feeling off man I wish I would have done this or a failure at a task On your day you need to start fixing those things. Like on a fitness journey when you go to sleep if you can Identify what you missed and then work on those that starts a Movement for momentum which brings back motivation. My message is no matter how hard it gets, you need to show up for Your Non negotiable. If you feel disappointed in your efforts reflect and think on it But then show up for who you need to be. Take responsibility, own it, and create effort towards the things you Want. Because that wil save all your energy and you will need that energy to Progress going forward. Self-Fulfilling Prophecy EP.14
I am super stoked guys I love mondays, and I have been doing some serious Work. Like doing 15-18 hour days Monday-Sunday. I recently was a host speaker at my clients salon and it was my fourth Seminar. I believe it was a huge moment for me, being out of my comfort zone, Speaking at an event that was not in my gym, like speaking to a crowd, Having to make sure everyone got value that was big. (What people didn’t see is I was preparing for this moment here live for 3 years. Guys I have been doing these lives 2-3 a week for 3 years with the Expectation to be a motivational speaker, to be a lead speaker, to have impact. And that moment I didn't shy away from it. That is a nice update, now today Self fluffing prophecy. My definition of this is whatever you say whether it be affirmations or Just talking about your goals it becomes your reality. The things you say: The words that you say to yourself become your reality. Guys how I have been able to by a gym owner, Online Coach, and run a supplement shop Is because i can shape my mindset.
