Being a young GM , I am always learning and always listening for ways to grow not only the business but myself as well. THIS PROGRAM WORKS! Even if you just listen, you can take tips and pointers to apply in-house. I can’t say enough about Chip and what he brings to the industry. My wife and I operate a hospitality group with a hotel and a group of various types of bars and restaurants. We found out that we both independently had been listening to the same podcasts and signed up for Chips P3 Mastermind. I’ve been in a leadership position for an umbrella of companies for 32 years and developing restaurant concepts for almost 20 and this is the single best use of my time when it comes to learning skills to improve this segment of our business. Chip is concise, intelligent and entertaining. Everything is easy to grasp with real world examples and I find myself pausing every episode to write myself todo notes. It’s well worth your time if you care about creating a better culture, guest experience and more profitable business.

I’ve been listening to the Restaurant Strategy Podcast for a while now, and there is so much value in what Chip shares. Even though I don’t exactly fit the profile of his typical audience—I run a bakery, not a restaurant, and we’re not quite at his revenue benchmark (though we’re more than halfway there!)—I still find his insights incredibly relatable and applicable. My husband and I spent years working in the NYC fine dining world, and Chip’s background and perspective really resonate with us. His practical advice, thoughtful interviews, and deep understanding of the industry keep me coming back every week. I always look forward to new episodes!

I am a second generation restaurateur and have really appreciated all the information that Chip provides. Very tactical stuff that’s easy to digest and put in motion in your restaurant. I’ve subscribed to a lot of the software he recommends for our tech stack and am very happy with the results. Crazy how this podcast has opened my eyes and helped me with controlling my prime costs. I used to think a 4% net was acceptable but now I don’t settle for anything under 15% NET PROFIT! Thanks Chip!!
