The purpose of the podcast is to be able to create moments of Intimate conversations over a meal. The act and the release that comes with sharing a meal with a friend plays such a huge role in the world of wellness, the goal is to untangle narratives and challenge social ideas surrounding somewhat “sensitive” topics and subjects, whilst also showcasing the meals and ambiance of the chosen restaurant setting. We aim to create a wellness space where guests and hosts alike feel safe and comfortable to share emotionally and socially sound views, feelings and thoughts.
