-3, Colossians 3:3-9 and the commandment of Christlove the Lord your God, with all your heart, soul, mind and strength. And love your neighbor as yourself.  2 negatives can not make a positive. Negative thoughts cannot be controlled or removed by another negative thought. We gotta spin it around, look at the critic and choose love anyway.
