Formerly known as the "Redefine Wellness" Podcast, Take Back Your Territory is a Biblical and Faith-based Podcast with a focus on mental, physical and spiritual health. We are not after a certain weight on a scale or jean size, but freedom-living from addictions, vicious cycles of self-betrayal, and harmful mindsets. We will talk about physical movement, building back self-trust, correcting habits, learning and walking in your identity in Christ and maintaining the ground you have taken back.
