today we are chatting about some of my struggles as it relates to self-help. we talk about how consumption of self growth related content & doing the work are two different things, some correlations i've discovered between toxic self-help & evangelicalism, and how becoming aware of our different capacities, limitations & needs will always liberate us; not bind us.
