Hollie who will be competing in the Mrs Galaxy UK finals this month talks about her upbringing and how it affected her in life, going no contact with family because of it. We talk about the process, learning to deal with life after no contact (myself I&#39;ve been NC with my parents for 3 years) and the importance of protecting your own mental health.
