This week is Sexual Abuse Awareness Week, and something that affects so many women and men around the world. In this podcast I share my experience and how I have tried to heal, but also what the statistics and lasting effects can be. For myself, I was only ten years old, and it left me with a lot of different questions.

Remember you can chose to be a victim or a survivor, and there is lot's of help out there, and people who have suffered so remember it's ok to no be ok
