There is nothing worse than finding a podcast that really resonates to what you need right now in life and then they stop, and I am just now getting into crystals and chakras and holistic healing and everything that I need from mind, body, spirit, and soul. I am trying to do better about exercising and what I ingest into my body, and I have so much interest in crystals and chakras and finding the balance I need and this podcast is speaking to me in a language I need to hear right now!!!! So TMI? My husband and I have different love languages, his is physical touch and mine is words of affirmation. He does a great job at loving me how I want to, but I have a hard time loving him in his (past trauma) but this podcast has taught me SO MANY different ways on how to love in that language without being uncomfortable. Thank you!!!

Go in with an open mind and you’ll be blown away with how many times you stop and go “wait...she’s right.” or “oh that makes sense!” At least that’s how I felt! The host discusses topics that could potentially make you feel awkward but she does her research and talks about each topic with such ease that you’re absorbed and thinking about your relationship to each discussion.
