In this episode Miss Britt is visited by the school's physical therapist. Emilie has a doctorate in physical therapy from the Mass General's Institute of Health Professions. She has told me I am not allowed to call her doctor, but I make no promises. Emilie brings a great perspective on overall health and wellbeing for our kids. She is 200 HR certified yoga teacher and a kid's yoga teacher as well. Emilie regularly brings yoga poses and mindfulness exercises into her work with students and continues to find success in doing so.
