
Just a little bonus episode this week of me talking you through my aeropress recipe! If you like to follow along at home my recipe is 14g of coffee very coarsely ground, 200g of water at 84°c, the aeropress in the inverted method and a metal filter ( 2 paper filters if you don't have a metal filter). The coffee I was using for this episode was a Nicaragua washed coffee from West Cork Coffee. Hope you try out this recipe and enjoy!
