On episode 44 of the Platform to Perform Podcast I spoke to Youth S&C Researcher, Ben Pullen. A self-confessed coach at heart, Ben’s PhD has looked at how to optimise youth athletic development. As part of his project, he has delivered interventions to improve the athletic motor skill competency of secondary school children. On today’s episode Ben and I discussed:
