We have approximately 60,000 thoughts a day on average & ~95% of those thoughts are subconscious thoughts that are not “our own”. Our personal perspectives, beliefs, values, and opinions are programmed from ages 0-7 years, and they only strengthen as we get older with each “story” we tell ourselves to confirm our own beliefs & opinions.This voice in our head is often unkind & negative.
