Hello and welcome to Peaceful Chaos podcast. My name is Marcken Volmy and I am a licensed mental health counselor in the state of Florida. The purpose of this platform is to begin to normalize mental health conversations by removing the stigma that's associated with mental health. Peaceful Chaos will consist of mental health discussions that center around trauma informed care and helping people find some semblance of stability when dealing with acute or chronic issues, such as depression and anxiety.
