We take a look into how mental health is being brought to the forefront in a lot of ministries and churches. We also discussed how there's still a bit of a stigma in some churches who push forth the idea that Christians should be beyond their mental health illnesses and struggles, and if not, then something must be wrong. We discuss some ways to find common ground with both perspectives. Tune in!

We will delve into some of the roadblocks when attempting to process your grief after the funeral service is over and you're left trying to make sense of everything by yourself.
